This fanfold kraft paper is a consumable designed for the PaperEZ Smartfill and Smartfill M to produce paper void fill on demand. The crumpled paper efficiently fills empty spaces inside shipping cartons, blocking and bracing products to keep them securely in place during transit.
Flexible Blocking & Bracing
The machine processes the flat paper into a bulky, crumpled structure that easily adapts to different box sizes. It locks items in place and prevents them from shifting or colliding during handling and shipping.
Smooth Machine Feeding
Engineered for high-volume packing, the pre-folded stack pulls smoothly into the void fill system without tangling. This ensures consistent feeding and prevents paper jams during continuous packing operations.
Space-Saving Fanfold Format
The paper is supplied in a high-density stack that takes up significantly less storage space than bulky rolls, loose-fill peanuts, or pre-inflated air pillows, making it easy to store directly under the packing station.
FSC-Certified & Biodegradable
Made entirely from FSC-certified kraft paper, this consumable is fully compostable. It provides a reliable, plastic-free alternative for filling empty carton spaces in everyday order fulfillment.
