U-Type Air Column Bags for Laptops & Flat Goods

The Ameson U-Type Air Column Roll is designed primarily to protect laptops and sensitive electronics during shipping. The flat film inflates into U-shaped cushioning bags, creating a robust protective layer that absorbs impacts and helps prevent pressure damage during transit.

U-Shaped Edge Protection

The custom U-shaped design wraps around laptops and tablets. It provides targeted cushioning along the edges and surfaces, helping keep the device securely in place and reducing the risk of corner dents or screen scratches.

Independent Air Chambers

Engineered from high-strength, puncture-resistant film, each air column is independently sealed. If one chamber is punctured during rough handling, the remaining columns stay fully inflated to maintain reliable shock absorption.

Dual Inflation Flexibility

The bags can be inflated in two ways to suit different packing volumes. They can be processed rapidly through the MINI AIR machine for high-volume packing, or inflated with a hand pump for smaller batches.

Space-Saving On-Demand Storage

The uninflated material requires significantly less warehouse space than pre-molded EPS foam or bulky bubble wrap. Operators can inflate the exact number of bags needed directly at the packing station.
